I bought a item from a seller in china through ebay who gave me the below 2 tracking number that the item had been shipped out on the 4th May 2020 to via china post. However, I cannot find the details for the following tracking number:

They are only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for them because the seller just created the order on May 7 but hasn't shipped them. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
