Thank you for your answer the only tracking number i have is this AS280607702CN and its china post’s number. La poste in france cant help me with this number as they said .

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
