How do I find out where it is or do follow up. This is the second time I have ordered this item. The first time it was sent to Berlin (not in Canada). It arrived in Canada and was then sent to Germany and reported as delivered.

This is the second time the item was ordered, through a different vendor, but still through China Post. The tracking says that it was delivered in Fairview. I have contacted all the possible delivery sites in town and no one is familiar with this package.

When I contacted Canada Post I was advised that the coding on this item is not trackable in Canada.

Does my item exist or have been SCAMMED twice?

I would appreciate some assistance as soon as possible.

I have been very patient, but I need some information and direct answers.
According to the China Post tracking site, my package AQ322855375CN has been duly voted and delivered to Fairview (where I live).

I spoke to Canada Post to see if it has been assigned for delivery and have been advised that the AQ is not a trackable code for Canada Post.

Where is my package and how do I get it?

Is this a SCAM?

Hi Debbie Hilts,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the tracking number in Canada to check it. If you couldn't receive it at last, require the seller to give you a solution in time.

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.
