Why did RE210342098CN go back to China?

Dear China Post,
The tracking info for my Registered Mail package shows that it landed in Canada on May 27, but then it was Exported back out of Toronto on June 15, and now the tracking info shows that it is back in Guangzhou? Why did my package go back to China? :(

Hi Vivi,

It should not be passed the customs check in Canada. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
