My order LO432528320CN has been delivered to Airlines Shanghai City since November 15, 2019. I'd like to get more information, it's been 40 days and I haven't received it yet. Thank you

Your package is in transit to Brazil now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
