Why is my package being held at Customs for so long?

I am returning an item I purchased via Paypal to the seller in China in order that I may receive a refund. The item is a pair of jeans. Tracking says it has been with import customs at Xiamen City since 20 February. When can it be released and sent on please to the address in China?

It should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

my package left the European customs quietly and I don't understand what they found in the Chinese one. The value of the dolls is 60 euros but it is a transaction on private ebay and a used and not new object that does not require an invoice and that I cannot issue anyway because I am not a professional seller, I do not have a shop, but I am a private individual. I don't understand what payment you want! I have shipped things of greater value and with the same EMS method but I have not had any problems as for these dolls !!!!. Please unlock the package and deliver it to the recipient
