Why is my package held in customs in Guangzhou?

I sent a package from the US to Guangzhou, and it’s been held in customs since June 17th. Can you please help me find out why it’s being held? It contains baby cereal and a hand crocheted baby toy. Thank you!

It was noted my time has expired for delivery to Pan Huiling. March 3, 2021. Not fair.... My parcel was somewhere for about month and half. from tokyo and suddenly started backup feb 22 2021 originally sent dec 11 2020 was returning clothes to roselinlin not sure why China post did not pick up parcel in timely matter CH118720385US delay used up time that I needed for my parcel to get to Pan Huiling not fair

CH118720385US is stuck at the customs now. It should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
