Why hasn’t customs cleared my package? Seller says customs hasn’t told them anything. Can I get the contact information of customs. Maybe WeChat. I need my package.

Hi C man,

If it's stuck at the customs for a long time, it means it couldn't be passed the check. You need to let the seller to give you a solution about that as soon as possible.

It will be returned back to the seller if it couldn't be shipped out. No matter if it will be returned back or not, the seller should refund you or sent one again to you as you couldn't receive it.
