Hi bedopeforever,

They were delivered by airline in Shanghai on May 25 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Why parcels originating in China and starting with RI cannot be tracked overseas (2 replies)

I was told by New Zealand post that parcel with tracking number RI......CN cannot be tracked in New Zealand. So, I am able to track it only while it is in China. These parcels for some reason have a high loss rate, and I am wondering if they are being stolen. On the other hand, parcels with tracking number RF.....CN are tracked end to end. Can you tell me what is a difference between RI and RF parcels please, and is it true that RI parcels cannot be tracked outside China. I do not understand how one letter would make a difference.
