2 weeks in the customs - unusual

Hello. According to the tracking info of the delvery RM 309769920CN goods are in the customs since 28th of November. Its already 2 weeks which is usually 2-3 days. Please let me know the location of delivery and how can I track it further. Thank you.

Your parcel reach Rusia yesterday you can track it on Rusian post
