Airline in transit for over 15 days

My package has said it's been in transit since 8-27 on an airline. Is there a reason for this hold up? The tracking number is CP404833062CN

Hi Scrappy,

It was delivered by airline on August 27. It usually takes about 40-80 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

This is not the first time I ordered with China Post, it only ever took around 20-25 days for me. But this time it has been stuck at ‘received by airline’ for 18days, so it has been in transit for 23 days. if the airline started shipping why did the airline receive it again?
