Are my packages lost?

Hi,
Please help me find out what’s going on with my orders.
Tracking number LY215723323CN, last status update was 05/03/2020. Another with tracking number LB134826711SG, last update was 05/19/2020.
I’m worried. Are my packages lost? Is this a common occurrence?

Hi Elleveeb,

It's common and not lost. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update before July 30, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
