Could you please see if my packages are lost? both of them have been "delivered to air transport" over 12 days ago and there hasn't been an update since.

Hi Motashotta,

Not lost. They left China on Nov.13 and Nov. 14 and are still in transit to Netherlands now. It usually takes about 30 - 50 days to have further update showing they arrive.
