Attemted delivery( wasn't delivred succesfully)

I tried tracking my parcel EA256298665CN this morning and this was the response,

Your item was not delivred successfully(REPUBLIC OF KENYA KEKENEMS) at 2016-10-15 16:45:00Reasons for unsuccessful delivery：16

please who do i contact to find out wht these reasons are and how i cant get my parcel.

The lastest update shows:
2016-10-15 16:45 -- KENEMS, Unsuccessful delivery. Missed Delivery/Will attempt delivery on next working day.

The parcel is sent by Kenya Post. They will try to deliver it to you on Oct. 17. If you have any problem, contact them by calling:

Hello,

I ordered a package from China and used a Parcel forwarding service (ParcelFlow) to forward it to Germany.
Yesterday there was an attempted delivery at my UK adress but the delivery failed. I don't have any other information why that happened but the status now shows that my parcel is at the Belfast PDO (Delivery Office)
My tracking number: LX961494865CN

Will they try to redeliver the parcel on monday or do I have to contact them (RoyalMail) first?
What I did until now is I contacted the support of ParcelFlow but I haven't received an answer yet.
