I placed an order the company says it is ready to be picked up from Collingwood Victoria Australia. So I contacted Australia post for the exact address of the pick up. I received a notification from the package tracking courier that I had successfully collected my packages. I did not receive the packages or collect them. I shipped packages from Shanghai to Galway Ireland in June. They were returned to China because the 4 packages were missing some details- Taric codes? I am now in Ireland. How can I arrange for the packages to be resent with the correct details. Will China Post incurr the cost of resending as they did not comply with the regulations as required by Ireland?
