Concerned my package is lost.


I ordered my package at the end of April and we have made it to July with no package and no update since June 23rd. Is my package lost?

It's not lost. It's still in transit in the US now. It may be delayed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to get it. If you couldn't receive it in this month, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
