I ordered a package and it has been sitting in Suzhou EMS for about a month now. They have sent a URL to fill out information (which I have done) but it continues to fail. They state that a letter was sent to me with instructions but that never arrived and they won't send it again. What are the procedures to submit the paperwork needed?
