EV740291671CN : parcel still being returned and never arrived in France

I bought a 700€ lighting in Cozzy website at the end January and never received it!!!
My first tracking num was : EV740773285CN but on the 15th of march it was blocked in China and never arrived ( it was indicating that it has been returned by the sender).
I send an email to Cozzy and they gave me a secong tracking num : EV740291671CN
On 23th March at first it was indicating that the parcel was ready for delivery to the destination but then couples hours later it was also saying that the parcel was returned!

Please help me, what can i do to make China Post to send my parcel at last....

Hi NINOUCH,

There should be problem for the item to pass the customs check. You'd better let the seller use another courier to send it.

Dear China Post,

I sent a parcel from Beijing, China to Paris, France on September 14th. It arrived in France but no notification was sent and unfortunately, it was sent back to China. I don't know its status and location at the moment.
Could you please help me retrieve this parcel as it is important to me? Where is it and how can it be sent back to France?

I would like to send a 20kg parcel to France by land (surface). I saw on the website that it costs 419 CNY. Is the price correct?
Also, where will the parcel be delivered in France? I live in Croissy-sur-Seine near Paris. Can the parcel be sent there? If possible, is the price included?
