It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.

Please tell me how to get a return sent back to China out of customers holding. I have co texted seller with no response.

I sent a package in December and it was supposed to have been delivered January 5 in Guilin, China. It has been stuck in customs all this time. I have tried calling FedEx customer service and have sent what they said was the required paperwork. I sent the package via FedEx and the tracking number is 392739844319. Can you please advise me what I need to do to get the package delivered? Thank you. Warren Gref.

Hi Daisy and staff, My package has now been stuck at Guangzhou International Exchange Bureau since the 7th June 2025, is there any reason why this is taking so long to be returned to Australia, is this normal or do I need to pay any extra customs charges from China to Australia, please advise kind regards Bea
