It will be back to the seller or sent again. You need to track it recently to see if there will be some further update. If there is no update for it, better contact the seller to give you a solution.

I returned this item to china and they are now sending the item back to the UK because the seller did not pay the tax fee.

The seller has now advised me that they have paid the tax fee on this item.
Please can you confirm if that is the case as they have been lying to me for several months..

Hi, I have posted a return with royalmail, tracking is RY273729484GB. the item is being assessed by the China customs authority for about 2 weeks now. how long are parcel usually held by customs? if there are problems, as duties to be paid, and the seller doesn't take any action, will the parcel be returned to UK? If the item is sent back to UK, am I supposed to pay VAT and duties to receive it back? thanks
