Have services halted in shenyang

I've noticed there has been no activity of my item in Shenyang. Have services stopped. If so what has caused the stop in service?

Hi Tony k,

It's not stopped in Shenyang. Sometimes, package may be delayed there due to a great amount of packages need to be processed.
