A package I sent is being held my customs in Chengdu. There is a tax to pay, how can I pay this tax so the person get their package?

Hi Gabrielle,

You couldn't pay it from abroad. You need to let the the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check and pay.
