Hi , my parcel status showed held by custom since 24/1/2022. May I know shall I ask receiver to call China post ? My tracking number is RC775906353SG

Hi Zhen,

In normal, you'd better wait for 7 days to see. If it's still stuck at the customs it's not normal. Then, let the receiver in China to call China Post. But as the Chinese Spring Festival Holiday is coming, better let the receiver call China Post if it couldn't be release in recent two days.

Hello,
I have a package with tracking number ZC48431580799
It has been held at Los Angeles Airport since November 26, 2025. I contacted the seller of the package and they said that it is being held at customs. I also contacted US customs and they said to contact the shipper. So, I am now reaching out to you. Do you need anything from me in order for the shipment to proceed?
