Held in Customs

Hi,

I have an item shipped from NY to China and it has been held in Customs at Suzhou China for over a week since 2/5/2023. I would like to know when will it be released from the the Customs or receive any update.

Hello,
I have a package with tracking number ZC48431580799
It has been held at Los Angeles Airport since November 26, 2025. I contacted the seller of the package and they said that it is being held at customs. I also contacted US customs and they said to contact the shipper. So, I am now reaching out to you. Do you need anything from me in order for the shipment to proceed?
