My parcels are stuck in china since December, no tracking update please tell me the solution, I already complained at china post office.

It seems that they are lost on the way. There is no update for the after:
2019-12-09 19:45, Beijing, leaving Beijing Post International, the next stop ,"International Mail Transfer Department" (via transfer)
In normal, it should be reached International Mail Transfer Department and then leave China.
Another situation is that this kind of package couldn't be tracked after leaving some stations in China and they are still in transit now. You'd better go to the office to ask if it could be tracked from the begining to the end and ask for compensation.
