Hello,
I posted a parcel from Ireland to China on the 1st of July. This is the tracking number: RL775618913IE
I can see that it’s been kept in customs for almost 10 days now. The recipient hasn’t received any notification from them.
How can I contact customs to get an update on what’s going on please?

If the recipient doesn't get any notification, just wait. It will be released by the customs after some days if there is no problem for it.
