"Incomplete Address"

I'm wondering why this tracking update says that my address is "incomplete" and cannot deliver and will be returned to sender(which will take another week or two to return).
Tracking Number: CP405042065IE

Is it possible to get into contact with the delivery person to arrange a re-delivery??

Hi Shandi Brown,

You need to contact the receiver and require the receiver to contact his local courier to confirm the address and ask for a re-delivery.

Hi, my trucking number LW252386979CN. According to the tracking system, my package was returned to the sender on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 am in LUBBOCK, TX 79408 because of an incomplete address. I do not understand why it was tried to be delivered in Texas if the delivery address in Walnut Creek, California? And why it is returned to the sender, but not sent to the correct address. I heck my order on Amazon, Delivery address is correct. Can I ask you to confirm with the seller delivery address, and to re-attempt to deliver to me (to correct address)? Thank you!
