Information about E packet

I have a seller who is willing to ship an order by E packet. Do you know how long it would take to reach Canada? Is E packet considered a priority service? I know the virus has slowed things down but the order would be in the mail by the beginning of next week (April 13-14) at the latest. If you can even give me an estimated delivery time I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

It takes about 30-60 days to be delivered to Canada under the influence of coronavirus.

Hi, I want to know what happens with my packet. The seller had send me the tracking number on 9 February, which is LL996490413CN. However there is no information at all for its movement.
