Good day! My package tracking number is LZ231875795CN. Today I received a message of an occured issue with my package. What is the reasons of returning item from Customs and where the package will go now? What should I do to recieve it?

I returned a package to China (from Australia) tracking number LK117443840AU.

I sent it on the 19th of March 2021 and I have just seen that is it saying 'Import stopped by Customs (Inbound)' What does this mean?? Can this parcel please be taken to the address on the item, I purchased this item and it was defective hence posting it back for a refund.
I have a PayPal dispute open and it will close soon if the item isn’t returned and don’t want to lose my money.
