My item cleared customs 21.10 2023 so item as been in transit in my country for 10 days. Where is it please? And who is the courier?

Hi John,

What's the tracking number? If it's delivered by China Post in China, it will be delivered by your local post courier.

.Tracking number:AM150266128CN. Tracking says: out-of-home delivery. What does that mean? Someone is always at home to receive parcels

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?
