In normal, if it's delivered but you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the local courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?
