I have not received my item yet tracking info states it has been delivered?
I have emailed the seller but had no response.
Could you let me know who the delivery company is in the UK so I can contact them to ask if they actually received the package and to find out where my item is as I have not received it.

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?
