Hi, I sent an item back to a seller as it wasn't as advertised but it is now stuck in customs and until it is released I can't get my refund.
Is there a way I can pay the fee needed to get it released or can you release without a fee as its an item being returned and sold?

I returned an item (light) as it was not the item I ordered. I labeled it a return on the shipping label.
Tracking number is CH112153562US

Any way to find out when it might be released? Been about 4 weeks in customs so far.
