I ordered on June 30 and it said the delivery was ten business days after payment received. Since it’s been eight weeks and the payment has long ago been deducted, when can I expect this? These are snow shoes for a trip that I leave for on 5 September. Not very good service.

Hi Jakhammas,

It's not normal that you still don't receive it. The tracking number couldn't be tracked. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask for refund as soon as possible.

Hi ordered a product from Ali express month a ago. I had not received it yet !. Whenever I track it , it shows EDI received since 10 October. Now it's 28 and I had not received it. It's tracking status is not changing.
