Hello,
I am looking for information about the status of my package. I have messaged the seller and was told information will be sent when the package has left China. They said the package was shipped Nov.9. Today is Nov.18 and I am wondering if you can find out any information on my package, my tracking number is AG585271756CN.

Hi Karin,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
