Helllo, I sent a package with the EMS service from Tasmania to Guangzhou a month ago. At first there was a problem with at the customs because the receiver had to pay a tax , once I paid the tax the update on the tracking website said it was ready for delivery and after 10 further days of wait and keep trying to get some real person support the chat support service says the system says it’s lost. This is a very important parcel and it’s been very confusing and frustrating to deal with Chinapost
