I am writing regarding my parcel order number 311966032756 with tracking number LZ266525154CN , which I understand is currently being held by China Customs due to a missing invoice. Unfortunately, the seller has not provided the necessary invoice and has been uncooperative in resolving this issue. I have a hold of the invoice can you let me know where i can submit it so that the package can be released please
