My order being held by an agent ?

So my order is going on almost a month now. Right now it’s stuck in gangzho: it says Guangzhou City, "International Express Flower Land Bay Collection Department" has received, agent: Huang Mingzhong, Tel: 13901390139. What could this mean the seller told me not to worry but I feel like they’re vague when they want to be

Hi Ryan,

This information just means it's received by the courier. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible if you couldn't received it within the promised time.

The seller said if it doesn’t move in another 5 days they’ll send me a new pair

EK907418839GB - doesn't show custom update on China Post. However this parcel shipped by parcelforce, and see the status below. It says parcel is held by customs due to wrong paperwork. There is no way to reach you by phone, and your system doesn't show any update on customs. Parcel force told me that I need to reach you to fix custom paperwork issue. Can you please help!
