My order has been in Zengzhou for 3 months now (RE044351853CN)

I've made an order on AliExpress in march, and on the 29th of april it was in Zengzhou and apparently still is there , because that is the last update on the tracking service.
Can you tell me why it is stuck in there ? Please release it

Hi Maria,

It should have left China and is in transit to Portugal now. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in Portugal direcetly after the information you get now. It should be delayed due to the coronavirus and few flight to Portugal now. I suggest you wait for another month to see if you could receive it. You can open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund if you don't want to wait.
