I did not receive my parsel my parsel was stuck at shenyang i have send my parsel on 13 march but did not receive my parsel

My parsel got stuck in shenyang and my tracking number us CP354566551CN
I even go to your office but the staff is not cooperative they behave badly and they said with in 6 months or 1 year you will receive your parsel

Hi Ammara,

I think you use a cheap way to send it. Also, it should be a large package. It usually takes a long time to reach. To my experience, it should be delivered within three months. Tracking stops updating after March 19 may because it's not registered.

So can you please guide me that what should i do because i already send 3 or 4 parsels but i receive all my parsels with in 47 days but this one was stuck from 19 march

It you are in China, contact China Post service number 11185 to require. If you are not in China, let a friend to make the call for you.

Hey, I ordered a package on 20th December (Over 1 month ago) to the UK

When I check the tracking for my parcel (LZ578653088CN) - It keeps being dispatched from the Office of Exchange in Shenyang, and then being returned the following day.

Could you please check what is happening and why the parcel keeps being returned? If things are progressing, I am happy to wait, but if the parcel is stuck I would like to request a refund from the seller.

I sent an EMS package containing a letter from U.S. to China. It's been stuck at Shenyang customs since April 1. The tracking number is EH032215011US. It's waiting to collect tax from the receiver. Unfortunately the receiver is not able to respond due to special situation.
Could you explain why it requires tax collection on a letter? Thanks!

I sent a latter 10 of February from Novosibirsk to Guangzhou(South China Normal University)
Tracking number RB482884505RU
I see that latter in China from 28 February and want to know what happens and when letter will deliver
I see that from 7 March the parsel is in Guangzhou
