My return parcel from KL to Nanjing detained by Customs

Hi, my return parcel to seller in China (sent from KL back to China) is being detained Customs requiring payment. Can I check further on this?
As this is just a parcel return from KL back to China, can payment of duties be exempted?

Hi Serena Woo,

If it's detained at customs requiring payment, the receiver needs to pay for it. Or, it couldn't be released.
