Hi how are you? I hope everything is well.
My order number is *EV016478561CN* from CHINA to OMAN, i buy a shoes from ali AliExpress and from 2022/04/22 its held by customs, so i want to know if its possible what's happen or there is something missing, or everything is alright....

It's not normal. It's still stuck at the customs of Guangzhou now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
I have a package with tracking number ZC48431580799
It has been held at Los Angeles Airport since November 26, 2025. I contacted the seller of the package and they said that it is being held at customs. I also contacted US customs and they said to contact the shipper. So, I am now reaching out to you. Do you need anything from me in order for the shipment to proceed?
