Package delivered from Customs Brisbane by Australia Post.

I have been in touch with Australia Post, who claim there is no Tracking Number. My original No.
AG191175072CN has been excellent throughout the process, and am not sure what my next move should be to recover the Package. I don't remember if I opted for Insurance! Thanks in anticipation.

Hi BJ Forrest,

If you don't get it, you can contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. The seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation for you.

Your tracking system as said they have delivered my parcel but I have not recieved it. I spent $160 aus dollars on this package and am devastated that I have not reviewed it.
