It says it was returned to Beijing on 9-4

Same shit package stuck at Beijing then I get a text message saying I have to pay one Australian dollar for shipping or else it won't move

Hi Alex,

It's not stuck in Beijing. It left China on August 29 and en route to the US now. There will be further update when it arrives in the US. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach after leaving China.
