My order EV775746550CN have been stuck on the same status "Held by Export Customs/Security" since 07/19, I was wondering if this delay is normal?

I'd like to ask about my package that has been held by export customs since the 22nd. Here is the message from tracking:

Hello, my package EV070437946CN is held by Customs/Security for more than 6 days and there are no updates, is it comes to me or is it returns to the sender. The sender doesn't received some requests from the customs during this time, so we don't know what's happening.
