Package held in China customs over 1 month.

Hi,
We sent out a package on 5/15 from California and I used this forum to track my package. On 5/29 it says held in China customs. Just checked it again 6/28 and it’s still there. Can I please have some help as to what we should do next? It’s document that is time sensitive.

I have the same problem. I have sent my package from The Netherlands on 5/21 and it has arrived 6/2 in China and was handed over to customs 6/7 but seems to be stuck overthere.... :-(
I also contacted the receiver but he said he contacted but can not do much about it and it takes long because of Covid. But I am afraid it will take a while and would like to know if there is antything we can do about it....
