It seems that the pakkage i send from Holland to Xian China has problems with delivery.
Can you please tell me where it is so it can be picked up at a post office in Xian or delivered at the address below:

Is it possible that the mailman leaves the pakkage at the reception? My son works at the university during the day.

If you want the mailman leaves the package at the reception, your son should call China Post to let them know. Could your son speak Chinese? English service of China post is hard to get but he could try. After dialing 11185 press 8 to get English service. He should have some Chinese friends in China, he could let one of them to call for him if he couldn't get the English service successfully.
The package has been in Xi'an since Sept 15. China Post tried to deliver it to the recipient on Sept 15, 16, 18 and 19 four times but failed to get connected with the recipient. Don't you leave a phone number of the recipient when deliver the package? In China, China postman need to know the recipient's phone number and call him to pick up at the gate of the university when deliver.
Could you contact the recipient in China and let him call China post service number 11183 to ask for redelivery and provide the phone number to them?
