Parcel lost?

Hello,
I need to know what happened to my package. Tracking number: AG083145990CN. It arrived in Portugal on May 26th and I received no more updates since then. Is it lost? Is it stuck in customs?
Please reply as soon as possible.

Hi Ana Silva,

It's stuck in Lisboa now. It's not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello I think this parcel is lost LO932743463CN but th seller needs confirmation before I can get compensation can you confirm that its lost its been in transit for 4 months it must be lost
