My parcel has been stuck in flight departure since 10/02/2021 and it is now 09/03/2021. I was wondering why it's still on this and if its a malfunction.

Hi emily,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
