Parcel probbably has been lost

RV463825773CN, it says it arrived at host processing center, what should that even mean..?
I have contacted the shipping company in my country and they told me that the parcel hasn't been scanned in Lithuania yet.
I also tried tracking it trough various sites, one site showed that it is at "ChuLi ZhongXin" and the other site showed that its in Lithuania Vilnius, i don't understand what is going on.

I have been told to wait about 5 days, but i have waited for more than 10 days now, i think i won't receave the package because its probabbly just lost somewhere, would be the first time for me..
It arrived in Lithuania on July 17. It hasn't got by Lithuania Post. You'd better wait for more days for them to get it and deliver it to you.
